In order to help as many families as possible, we have a $500 maximum one-time grant allowance per recipient family (with rare exceptions made at the Board’s discretion). Families who wish to receive assistance must complete an application and submit required supporting documents. To meet our mission of helping lower income families, please note that we have a $50,000 maximum annual income threshold. Funds are awarded on a case by case basis. The foundation reserves the right to decline any application and/or ask for any additional information regarding the application. We accept applications at any time and we vote on applications approximately once per month EXCEPT during July and August (our summer break) during which we do not accept applications nor vote. If your completed application (including ALL required support) is received up to a week before a voting meeting, it will be reviewed at that month’s meeting. If received within a week of a voting meeting, it be will reviewed at the following month’s meeting. Please note, applications will not be reviewed until ALL required support is received.
